We’re a new concept, advanced Physiotherapy practice with a difference based at the Colchester United Community Stadium.
The “3.0” in our name refers to a convergence of emerging trends and signals a more connected, forward-looking and open world. We are building a Physiotherapy practice that thinks differently, taps into emerging trends in healthcare and is more connected to you.
As a ‘Physio only’ Physiotherapy practice, we treat a wide range of people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice. We work with you to promote recovery from pain and stiffness.
What sets us apart
