01. Patient signup & profile creation (self-signup or referral)
The patient’s journey begins with a quick signup on the website or a referral from a trusted partner. If the patient signs up independently, a few basic details are collected to create a profile. For patients referred by partners, the profile is created automatically, and in both cases, communication is clear from the start with a confirmation email.
02. Access to the patient profile
Once the profile is created, the patient receives access to a secure digital platform. This hub allows the patient to track appointments, access medical information, and request further assistance. It offers complete transparency, ensuring the patient is always in control of their healthcare journey.
03. Medbelle contacts the patient
Within 24 business hours of signing up or referral, Medbelle’s Patient Care Advisors (PCAs) reach out to the patient to discuss their needs. The patient is matched with the best options available, based on their specific medical requirements and personal preferences.

06. Consultation
