PCAs make the private healthcare journey feel clear and supported at every stage, arranging appointments, answering non-clinical questions and keeping patients informed. Patient Experience Management

The Patient Experience Management team are responsible for supporting patients should there ever be an instance of complaint. They are there to listen to the patient's feedback and respond in a timely manner. Providing the patients with this service can help the patient feel heard and supported and reduce the risk of escalating issues.
