The Operations team provide invaluable support to surgeons and secretaries and provide the Patient Care Team with all the necessary information to ensure their patients have a smooth treatment journey.
The Operations department works closely with both the Patient Care team and all surgeons, secretaries and hospitals. They are there to ensure the smooth running of all appointments, enquiries, and administrative processing. Providing surgeons and secretaries with a consistent point of contact massively reduces stress, and the patient journey can be streamlined between all caregivers involved.
