He has completed advanced training in Sports Surgery, Arthroscopy, and Arthroplasty, with a particular focus on hip and knee surgery. Yegappan currently holds a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon position at Luton and Dunstable University Hospital NHS Trust, where he established the hip and knee unit. He has a dedicated interest in teaching, research, and has published extensively in Orthopaedic journals.
