Mr Yadu Shankarappa is an experienced Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in lower limb adult orthopaedics. With over 30 years of expertise, he has worked in the UK since 1989, becoming a full-time NHS Consultant in 1993. Mr Shankarappa's philosophy focuses on preserving natural joints and tissues through various surgeries, including hip replacements, knee replacements, and knee corrective osteotomy. His specialisations also extend to knee arthroscopic surgery, meniscal repair, and cruciate ligament reconstruction. Having received advanced training in the UK, Germany, and Canada, Mr Yadu Shankarappa holds various qualifications, including an M.Ch. Ortho. from the University of Liverpool.
