Mr Videsh Raut is a highly experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in Knee Replacements, Sports Injuries, Arthroscopic Knee Surgery, Viscosupplements, and Conservative Management of Hip Pathology. With a vast expertise of over 20 years, he holds NHS posts at Wrightington, Wigan & Leigh NHS Trust and Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, along with the prestigious position of Honorary Professor at Edge Hill University. Mr Raut has performed the most number of Knee Replacements in entire North-West England & Greater Manchester in 2014. Having completed his MCh.Orth. at the University of Liverpool in 1992 and FRCS Trauma & Orth. at the Royal College of Surgeons in 1996, Mr Raut is a highly qualified professional in the field. He has published numerous papers in leading international peer-reviewed journals and has received awards for his contributions to Knee and Hip surgery.
