Mr Soulat Naim is an experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a strong focus on knee surgery, primary hip replacements, and sports knee disorders. With years of expertise, he has a particular interest in knee and hip surgery, offering services such as cartilage surgery, osteotomies/re-alignment procedures, and partial knee replacements. Mr Naim is trained in customised and computer-aided knee replacements, as well as advanced surgical techniques for knee arthritis in young patients. His NHS practice is based at Tameside General Hospital, and he has worked in various renowned hospitals across the UK. Having completed a fellowship in knee surgery at the Exeter Knee Reconstruction Unit, Mr Naim has a wealth of knowledge and experience that he applies to his elective NHS and private practice. His expertise includes performing hip and knee replacements with early functional recovery techniques and using enhanced recovery methods. He is also skilled in arthroscopic knee surgery, managing sports knee injuries, and handling patellar instability and pain. Additionally, Mr Naim has a strong research background with numerous presentations and publications to his credit, including contributions to a major reference textbook on knee reconstruction and revision.
