Mr Stephen Bendall is a highly experienced consultant in trauma & orthopaedic surgery, with years of expertise in foot and ankle surgery. He trained at Charing Cross Hospital and St George's Hospitals, as well as completing a fellowship in Baltimore USA. Mr Bendall is actively involved in various medical societies, including being the President of the British Foot and Ankle Society in 2014. He holds NHS posts at University Sussex Hospitals and has published numerous research articles in prominent medical journals. With specialisations in foot & ankle surgery, Mr Bendall has a keen interest in sports injuries, ankle arthroscopy, hallux valgus ('bunion'), hallux rigidus, ankle replacement, hindfoot surgery, flat foot correction, forefoot surgery, and minimally invasive surgery. He is a Member of multiple medical associations, including BMA, BOA, BOFAS, and AOFAS, and has received recognition for his work through awards. Mr Bendall is also involved in teaching and examining for the Intercollegiate Board, demonstrating his commitment to advancing medical education.
