With years of expertise, he utilises minimally-invasive arthroscopic techniques to address challenging issues such as shoulder instability, rotator cuff disease, frozen shoulder, arthritis, and stiffness in the shoulder and elbow. Holding a Consultant position at the University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, his focus lies in shoulder surgery. Additionally, Mr Kalogrianitis runs private practices at hospitals in Birmingham and Sutton Coldfield, maintaining a strong connection with the physiotherapy unit for comprehensive rehabilitation. His research on shoulder and elbow surgery has led to publications and presentations, and he is actively involved in training and organising courses in the field. Having completed a Shoulder Fellowship in Nottingham and earning his FRCS in 1999 from the Royal College of Glasgow, Mr Kalogrianitis is dedicated to continuous learning and development.
