Mr Simon West is an experienced Consultant in Trauma & Orthopaedic surgery with over 20 years of expertise. He completed his basic surgical training in South Wales and obtained Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1998. Specialising in joint replacement of the hip and knee, including primary and revision surgery, Mr West also undertakes knee keyhole surgery and cartilage procedures. He worked as an NHS Consultant in Trauma and Orthopaedics at Northampton General Hospital from 2005 to 2014 and has been established in private practice at Three Shires Hospital since 2005. Additionally, he has practicing privileges at One Hatfield Hospital since 2017.
