Roger Wilson

Mr Roger Wilson is a highly experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon based in Belfast, specialising in knee and hip surgery. With over a decade of expertise, he focuses on knee surgery and sports knee injuries, including arthroscopic knee surgery, meniscal trimming and repair, ACL reconstruction, and total knee replacement. Roger completed his medical training at Queen's University Belfast and underwent specialist orthopaedic training in Northern Ireland. Over the years, he has received various honours, including an MPhil for his thesis on Total knee replacement and a fellowship in knee surgery at the Avon Orthopaedic Centre in Bristol. Furthermore, Roger is actively involved in research and education, publishing and presenting extensively both nationally and internationally. He serves as an educational supervisor for orthopaedic trainees and teaches medical students from Queen's University Belfast.
