Rodney Hammett

Mr Hammett is an experienced Consultant in Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery with expertise in foot and ankle surgery, trauma, and limb reconstruction. He has been with Taunton & Somerset NHS Foundation Trust since 2010 and underwent his medical training at University College London. Mr Hammett holds a Fellowship in Orthopaedic Surgery and is listed on the Specialist Register of the General Medical Council. He is actively involved in clinical practice at Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton, focusing on elective orthopaedics and lower limb and foot and ankle surgery. Additionally, he plays a role in medical education and has contributed to surgical textbooks and peer-reviewed medical literature. With over a decade of experience, Mr Hammett specialises in lower limb trauma, ankle surgery, foot deformities, and various ankle and foot conditions.
