Mr Philip McCann is a highly experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with over a decade of expertise in upper limb surgery. Having trained in various countries like the UK, Europe, North America, and Australia, he has honed his skills in delivering exceptional patient care. With a focus on shoulder and elbow pathology, Mr McCann obtained his primary medical qualifications at the University of London and completed his surgical training in Bristol. He further enhanced his expertise as the Trauma and Upper Limb Fellow at the University of Western Australia before returning to become a Consultant in Trauma and Orthopaedics at the Bristol Royal Infirmary. Specialising in Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery, Mr McCann's sub-specialist interests lie in Hand & Wrist, as well as Shoulder & Elbow procedures. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and a member of prestigious societies like the European Society of Sports Traumatology and the British Trauma Society.
