Paul Gillespie is an experienced Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon with expertise in pelvic and acetabular surgery, trauma, and sports injuries. He holds NHS posts at St George's Hospital in London and works in private practice at various hospitals in South London. Mr Gillespie's elective interests include hip and knee replacement, as well as soft tissue knee surgery. He is actively involved in teaching and is part of the national faculty.
