Mr Patrick Foster, a highly experienced consultant, graduated from the University of Oxford in 2001 and pursued further training in Leeds, The Ilizarov Fellowship in Liverpool, and The National Paediatric Orthopaedic Fellowship in Sheffield. Since 2013, he has been serving as a consultant in Major Trauma, Limb Reconstruction, and Paediatric Orthopaedics in Leeds, also holding the position of Clinical Lead for Paediatric Trauma and Orthopaedics. Specialising in limb deformity, limb lengthening, the Ilizarov Method, and general paediatric orthopaedics, Mr Foster also serves as the Treasurer for the British Limb Reconstruction Society. Having received his FRCS Trauma and Orthopaedics in 2011 from the Royal College of Surgeons, Mr Foster's expertise lies in treating complex trauma problems and general paediatric orthopaedics. He is renowned for his work in limb deformity, limb lengthening, congenital shortening, and various orthopaedic conditions. As a consultant Limb Reconstruction Surgeon at Leeds Teaching Hospitals, he is actively involved in the British Limb Reconstruction Society and other relevant organisations. Additionally, Mr Foster has multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals and offers courses on Limb Reconstruction to General Practitioners. Outside of his professional career, Mr Foster's personal interests focus on family, while his research interests revolve around Limb Reconstruction and Paediatric Orthopaedics. With numerous clinical excellence awards and a strong presence in the field, his contributions and dedication to advancing orthopaedic care are evident through his work and affiliations in the medical community.
