Mr Paresh Sonsale is an experienced Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon with over 30 years of expertise. He graduated in Medicine from Mumbai University in 1986 and completed his Orthopaedic training in 1991. In the UK, he underwent further training in the Nottingham Higher Surgical Training Programme and the Cambridge/East Anglia Orthopaedic training programme. During his training, he received fellowships in Knee, Shoulder, and Pulvertaft Hand surgeries. His specialisations include Knee, Shoulder & Elbow procedures, focusing on knee replacements, ACL/PCL ligament reconstruction, shoulder surgeries, and trauma services. His NHS role includes serving as a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. Additionally, he offers educational courses for General Practitioners and is involved in GP Education talks and seminars. With a keen interest in Total Knee replacement, Knee arthroscopy, Rotator cuff repair, and various shoulder and knee procedures, he provides comprehensive care to his patients.
