Mr Nick Little is a highly experienced orthopaedic surgeon specialising in shoulder, elbow, and hand surgery. With over a decade of expertise, he focuses on upper limb trauma, rotator cuff disease, and total shoulder replacement. Noteworthy for introducing Awake shoulder surgery at Epsom Hospital, Mr Little completed his junior doctor training in Australia and Wessex, followed by a Masters degree in Orthopaedic Surgical Science at University College London. He further honed his skills through specialist registrar training in the South West Thames region and a trauma and upper limb fellowship in New Zealand. A dedicated NHS surgeon at Epsom and St Helier NHS Trust, Mr Nick Little offers comprehensive care to patients in the Epsom and surrounding areas. Alongside his clinical work, he engages in teaching and mentorship activities, organising courses for specialist registrars and providing guidance to European surgeons on practice and surgical decision-making.
