Neil Pennington is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a special interest in shoulder conditions and their treatment. He has undergone advanced shoulder and elbow training posts in York and Coventry and has expertise in all aspects of arthroscopic shoulder surgery, with a specific interest in total shoulder replacement. He is known for his patient-focused approach and involvement of patients in all stages of care. Neil Pennington currently holds a position as a Consultant Shoulder Surgeon at Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust. Neil Pennington is a member of the British Elbow & Shoulder Society and the British Orthopaedic Association. He has also published several book chapters and journal articles on topics related to shoulder surgery. Apart from his professional career, Neil Pennington enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in outdoor activities such as walking, mountain biking, and running. His research interests revolve around shoulder arthritis and shoulder replacement surgery.
