Professor Mohamed A. Imam MD, MSc, D. SportMed, PhD, FRCS (Tr and Orth) is a highly experienced consultant in Orthopaedic Surgery, specialising in upper limb surgery, sports injuries, and complex trauma. With extensive training both nationally and internationally, he has completed fellowships at prestigious centres in the UK, Switzerland, and Germany. Currently serving as a substantive consultant at the Rowley Bristow Orthopaedic Unit in Chertsey, Surrey, he is also a Professor at the University of East London, leading research on artificial and machine intelligence clinical applications in surgery. Professor Imam's impressive portfolio includes over 70 peer-reviewed publications, two authored books, and active involvement in multiple national and international studies in the field of trauma and Orthopaedics.
