Mr Michael Oddy is an experienced trauma and orthopaedic consultant, having held the position since 2009. He specialises in foot and ankle surgery, with fellowship training in the field. With a strong academic background from the University of Cambridge and University College London, including a Master's research into tendons, Mr Oddy has further honed his skills through specialized training at renowned institutions such as St Bartholomew's hospital and a fellowship in Sheffield. Apart from his clinical work, he serves as an honorary associate professor at UCL and plays a pivotal role in undergraduate orthopaedics as the UCL medical school lead. Mr Oddy's practice encompasses a wide range of foot and ankle surgeries, trauma cases, and general orthopaedic trauma. His expertise is highly regarded at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where he holds NHS posts. He is also affiliated with various medical associations, including the General Medical Council, The Royal College of Surgeons of England, and the British Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society.
