Michael Mokawem

Mr Michael Mokawem is an experienced consultant spinal surgeon with expertise in all aspects of spinal surgery, focusing on paediatric and adult spine deformities. He offers both non-operative and operative management, utilising minimally invasive techniques, computer navigated surgery, robotic surgery, and traditional open techniques when necessary. With over five years of experience, he is affiliated with the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, where he oversees paediatric spinal surgeries, and the Cleveland Clinic London for adult spinal surgeries. Mr Mokawem has completed specialised training in complex and minimally invasive spinal surgery, as well as a fellowship in National Spine Surgery. He is a member of esteemed organisations such as the British Association of Spine Surgeons, AO Spine, and the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
