Kurt Haendlmayer is a consultant in Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery with a special interest in Foot & Ankle Surgery, Sports Injuries, and Arthroscopic Surgery. He has been practicing in this field since February 2010 and is experienced in the correction of deformities in patients with Neuromuscular foot deformities. Kurt is also a certified Health Coach. He holds NHS posts at MidYorkshire NHS Trust based in Dewsbury (elective) and Pinderfields Hospital Wakefield (Trauma). His specialties include Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery. Kurt Haendlmayer has undergone training in Sports and Exercise Medicine and is a member of various professional organizations including BOFAS, BMA, GMC, and RCS Edinburgh. He has published multiple papers and also conducts courses for General Practitioners on current practices in Foot and Ankle Surgery. Kurt obtained his State Exam in 1991 from the University of Belin. He has received awards for his work in Foot and Ankle Surgery and is highly skilled in areas such as Sports injuries, Arthroscopic surgery, and Deformity correction.
