Prof. Kuntal Patel is an experienced Trauma & Orthopaedic surgeon with years of expertise in hip and knee surgery, including complex revision arthroplasty. He completed his specialist Registrar Rotation in Trauma and Orthopaedics with the North Western Deanery and obtained fellowship experience at the prestigious Wrightington Hospital. Prof. Patel's special interests include young adult hip problems, metal-on-metal hip replacements, and sports injuries. Currently, he holds NHS posts at the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust and offers consultations at various hospitals in Lancaster and Beardwood. With a wealth of qualifications, including MRCS, FRCS (Trauma and Orthopaedics), and multiple Master's degrees, Prof. Patel has a strong academic background. He has specializations in hip and knee surgeries, offering video and telephone consultations. Prof. Patel's research interests have led to numerous publications in renowned medical journals and presentations at national and international conferences.
