Joseph Ring

Mr Joseph Ring is an experienced Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon with a special interest in Foot and Ankle surgery, covering a wide range of conditions such as pain, deformity, arthritis, and trauma. Graduating from Manchester University in 2006, he underwent extensive training in the West Midlands and Mersey before completing his Higher Surgical Training in orthopaedics in the Northwest. Mr Ring is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and has completed two Post-CCT fellowships in Foot and Ankle Surgery and Trauma and Limb Reconstruction. He is currently based at the Royal Bolton Hospital, where he has been providing high-quality care since January 2019. Specializing in Foot and Ankle surgery, Trauma, and offering video and telephone consultations, Mr Ring holds various qualifications, including a Masters Level in Strategic Leadership and Management and a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education. He is a member of prestigious organisations such as the British Orthopaedic Association, Royal College of Surgeons, as well as the European Foot and Ankle Society. In addition to his clinical work, Mr Ring is actively involved in research on patient safety, litigation, Foot and Ankle Trauma, and arthroplasty. His dedication to education is evident through his experience in teaching healthcare professionals and postgraduate qualifications in support of this cause.
