Mr Jaydeep Shah is a highly experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a focus on Trauma and orthopaedic surgery. He has worked at the Princess of Wales Hospital and Neath Port Talbot Hospital, and is currently affiliated with the ABM University Health Board in Bridgend, Wales. Mr Shah first qualified in India and completed his Trauma and Orthopaedic Training, obtaining his Master of Surgery (M.S) in 1995. He then practiced as a consultant in India for 5 years before moving to the United Kingdom in 2001. He completed his Basic Surgical Training in the UK and obtained his MRSCEd in 2004. Mr Shah has a wide range of special interests including primary Hip and Knee arthroplasty, complex Upper limb trauma, and elective Upper limb surgery. Mr Jaydeep Shah has an impressive list of qualifications and memberships. He obtained his FRCSEd in Trauma and Orthopaedics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2011. He is also a member of the General Medical Council, British Medical Association, British Orthopaedic Association, OTSIS, British Elbow and Shoulder Society, British Association of Physicians of Indian Origin, and the Orthopaedic Trauma Society. With his extensive training and expertise, Mr Shah provides high-quality care to his patients.
