Gareth Wells

Gareth Wells is a highly experienced Consultant Foot and Ankle Surgeon with expertise in the field of trauma and orthopaedic surgery. He trained at Sheffield University and completed his surgical training in the Yorkshire region, working alongside renowned Orthopaedic Specialists. Gareth further enhanced his knowledge and skills in foot and ankle surgery by completing a fellowship at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge. In 2011, he joined Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust as a Consultant Foot and Ankle Surgeon. Gareth Wells holds various memberships, including the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, British Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (BOFAS), British Medical Association, Medical Protection Society, and the West Yorkshire Foot & Ankle Group. He has obtained several qualifications, including an MBChB from the University of Sheffield in 1998, MRCS-Ed from the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh in 2002, and FRCS Ed (Tr & Orth) from the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh in 2009.
