Mr Gareth Harper is an experienced Consultant Shoulder Surgeon with a focus on Trauma & Orthopaedic surgery. With over 25 years of expertise, he holds NHS positions at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham, Portsmouth, Hampshire.
