Mr Daniel Williams is an experienced Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon with a Specialist interest in Hand and Upper Limb surgery. He is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised care to his patients. Mr Williams is affiliated with Barts Health NHS Trust and is based at London's Major Trauma Centre, The Royal London Hospital and Whipps Cross Hospital. He completed his medical studies at the University of Bristol Medical School and received his Fellowship of The Royal College of Surgeons in 2017. With nearly 2 years spent on an acclaimed fellowship at the Brisbane Hand and Upper Limb Unit in Australia, he has honed advanced surgical skills in all aspects of upper limb surgery. Having completed his Orthopaedic specialist training in London, Mr Williams is highly skilled in trauma, arthroscopic procedures on the wrist and shoulder, microsurgery, and upper limb arthroplasty. He is a Member of the British Orthopaedics Association, a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, and a Member of the British Elbow and Shoulder Society. His research interests include Upper limb trauma, Carpal instability, and Shoulder instability. Mr Williams has authored publications on various topics related to hand and upper limb surgery, showcasing his expertise and commitment to advancing the field. Specializing in Hand & Wrist and Shoulder & Elbow surgeries, Mr Williams is passionate about treating conditions such as wrist fractures, ligament injuries, and shoulder stabilisation. His qualifications include FRCS (Tr&Orth) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Bristol University. With a GMC Specialist Registration in Trauma and Orthopaedics, Mr Williams is dedicated to providing comprehensive care in upper limb surgery while being actively involved in research to further enhance treatment options for his patients.
