Babur Mahmood

Mr Babur Mahmood is an experienced Consultant Spinal Orthopaedic Surgeon with over 20 years of expertise in Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery. Graduating from the University of Southampton in 1995, he pursued further training in Southampton, Colchester, and the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital Stanmore Training Scheme. Mr Mahmood's specialisations lie in Spinal Surgery, with a focus on degenerative, deformity, tumour, trauma, and infection cases across the cervical, thoracic, and lumbosacral spine. He currently holds a Consultant position at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, exclusively practising in Spinal Surgery. Having completed his Higher Surgical Training in Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery, Mr Mahmood further honed his skills in Spinal Surgery through Fellowships at Stoke Mandeville Hospital and Oxford University Hospitals.
