Mr Arif Razak is a highly experienced Consultant Hip and Knee Surgeon with a specialisation in total hip and total knee replacements. He operates at The Highfield Hospital in Rochdale, Lancashire, for his private practice, and at North Manchester General Hospital and Fairfield General Hospital for his NHS practice. Mr Razak completed his higher specialist training in 2017 and was awarded the Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT). He also undertook a revision hip arthroplasty fellowship at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, gaining valuable experience in complex lower limb replacement surgery. Mr Razak is actively involved in teaching and training orthopaedic trainees. Mr Razak's research interests include metal allergy in hip replacement, cement pressurisation in knee replacement, and metallosis in dual mobility hip replacement.
