Angus Maclean

Angus Maclean is a highly experienced hand and wrist consultant, currently working full time at Royal Glamorgan Hospital. He graduated from the University of Southampton Medical School in 2005 and pursued various training opportunities, including a fellowship at the University Hospital of Zurich and specialist hand surgical training at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. Mr Maclean holds multiple qualifications, including a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Bristol and the European Hand Diploma. His areas of expertise include carpal tunnel syndrome, joint replacement, and hand and wrist trauma, among others. With over 15 years of experience, Mr Maclean is a Consultant Orthopaedic Hand and Wrist Surgeon at Royal Glamorgan Hospital, specializing in trauma and orthopaedic surgery. He is an active member of the British Society for Surgery of the Hand and has received accolades such as the European Hand Diploma. Mr Maclean has provided educational lectures to General Practitioners on hand conditions and treatments, demonstrating his commitment to sharing knowledge within the medical community.
