Mr Alun Wall is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with extensive experience in surgery of the lower limb, particularly in hip surgery. He specializes in primary and revision hip replacements, keyhole surgery of the hip, and soft tissue reconstruction surgery of the hip. He also performs knee joint replacement surgery and keyhole surgery of the knee. Mr Wall graduated from the University of Leicester in 1999 and became a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2004. He completed his training in orthopaedics in Manchester and was awarded the certificate of completion in 2012. Mr Wall has a keen interest in sports injuries to the hip and has published papers in peer-reviewed journals and contributed to orthopaedic textbooks. Currently, Mr Wall is working as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Royal Bolton Hospital. He also holds positions at Spire Manchester Hospital and BMI The Beaumont Hospital in Bolton.
