Mr Alistair Gray is a highly experienced consultant orthopaedic surgeon based in Glasgow. With over 25 years of expertise in his field, he has held various positions, starting at the Western Infirmary and currently serving at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. Mr Gray specializes exclusively in hip problems and offers diagnosis and treatment for sports-related issues, non-arthritic hip pain, and osteoarthritis of the hip. His areas of expertise include primary hip replacement, hip replacement revision surgery, hip arthroscopy, and other non-arthritic hip conditions. In addition to his NHS role at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Mr Gray is an Honorary Clinical Associate Professor in Trauma and Orthopaedics at the University of Glasgow. He holds memberships with prestigious organizations such as the British Orthopaedic Association, the British Hip Society, the International Society for Hip Arthroscopy, and the British Medical Association. Mr Gray obtained his medical degree (MB ChB) in 1982 from Aberdeen University and obtained his FRCS Ed Orth qualification in 1995 from the Intercollegiate board.
