About
Matthew Solan, a consultant orthopaedic surgeon, specialises in foot and ankle disorders, sports injuries, and orthopaedic trauma. He trained at St. Thomas' Hospital Medical School and completed fellowships in Dublin, South Africa, and the USA. Mr Solan pioneered Cartiva surgery for painful big toes and established the UK's first ‘One-Stop’ clinic for heel and ankle problems. He has published extensively on foot and ankle surgery.
