Mr Manaf Khatib is an extensively trained consultant plastic surgeon and winner of numerous awards and prizes. He completed his specialist plastic surgery training in internationally renowned plastic surgery centres in London and the East of England. He was then awarded the BAAPS/BAPRAS cosmetic surgery fellowship after competitive selection for further subspecialist cosmetic surgery training in London. He then undertook an additional cosmetic surgery fellowship at the Wellington Hospital in London to further his training. Mr Khatib has also completed microsurgery fellowships at the Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital and the Royal Marsden Hospital focussing on complex head and neck and breast reconstruction. Mr Khatib is one of the few surgeons in the UK to complete both the UK and EU plastic surgeon board qualifications. He specialises in breast, body and facial cosmetic procedures for which he has been highly published. Patients describe him as incredibly understanding, approachable and thorough. Mr Khatib takes pride in offering an ethical and evidence-based approach for cosmetic surgery. In parallel to his private work, Mr Khatib trains junior plastic surgeons in his NHS post and continues to lecture extensively and publish research in surgical journals and author book chapters for medical textbooks.
