Kshem is a highly-qualified consultant plastic surgeon. As well as holding private practice positions and NHS roles, Kshem is also committed to raising awareness for patient safety and hospital life. He featured in a Channel 4 Documentary "Emergency", which looked at the trauma networks across London NHS trauma centres. He also was honoured and humbled to work in Manchester as a plastic surgeon during the Manchester Arena bombings in 2017. It was a privilege for him to use his skills to help patients recover in form and function from their injuries. Kshem prides himself on being up-to-date in plastic surgery, which is a field that is developing all the time. His dedication to this shows as he is one of the few plastic surgeons also to hold a PhD, which he obtained from Stanford University and Kings College London.
