David Neilly is an experienced orthopaedic surgeon specialising in hip and knee replacements, with a focus on robotic-assisted surgery to enhance patient recovery. A graduate of the University of Aberdeen, he completed subspecialty training in Australia, where he gained advanced skills in MAKO robotic surgery. In addition to his joint replacement expertise, he helped develop NHS Grampian's adolescent Acute Knee service, treating ACL reconstructions and meniscal repairs. His elective practice is based at Woodend Hospital in Aberdeen.
