Summary
Mr Lakdawala is an award-winning consultant orthopaedic knee surgeon with extensive experience and an interest in the latest technology and techniques. As the only surgeon in Warwickshire to offer computer navigation knee replacement surgery, he has patients referred to him from across the area for complex knee replacements. Mr Lakdawala's patients benefit from his expertise in diagnosis and non-surgical procedures, such as joint injections. As an expert in sporting injuries, he offers personalised treatment and has links with specialist exercise and conditioning coaches to help patients return to sports after injury or operation. He is actively involved in teaching and training, has published in international journals and presented papers at international conferences and meetings. He is also an examiner for the Warwick Medical School and trainer for junior doctors and senior registrars.
