"I enquired online about a cosmetic surgery procedure with Medbelle and was contacted via WhatsApp by Kat, who is an adviser there. I had previously had a consultation with another company who gave me hardly any information about the procedure and the price quoted was extraordinary so I didn’t have particularly high hopes for any other enquiries I had made. I had nearly written off the idea of having the procedure completely! Kat sent me loads of useful information from the offset via Whatsapp and various links, which gave me a really good understanding of the procedure and how it worked. She was there to answer every question I had so promptly! The customer service was great, and the price I was quoted was less than half of that of any other enquiry I had made. The surgeon I was referred to is very highly qualified, and I booked to see him straight away for a consultation, then made the choice to go ahead with the surgery. Kat checked in constantly with further information and answers to FAQs. I would so highly recommend Medbelle to anyone considering cosmetic surgery as their patient advisors are so supportive, and there is no pressure on you to go ahead with surgery - they are just extremely informative. "I came across Medbelle whilst searching the internet for a surgeon that could pin back my daughter's ears. After being turned down by the NHS and not given any advice on where to start looking, I was left to search for a company that could do this for my daughter. After phoning several companies (some who couldn’t do it because of her age, and others not returning my calls to book a consultation), I found Medbelle.
I spoke to a lady named Kelly, who was fantastic from the first phone call. She made me feel extremely comfortable and went into a lot of detail about the procedure and the different surgeons who could do this surgery for my daughter. She was open and honest about everything from the start, and I knew after the first phone call that this was the company I wanted to go with. The entire process, from start to finish, has been amazing. From the level of service we have received from Kelly, our patient care adviser, to the surgeon Mr Fattah who is absolutely fantastic and made us both feel very comfortable from the first time we met him and to the nurses, for the care they provided for us has exceeded all my expectations. Kelly has been in touch with us every step of the way, from the minute we booked the consultation (and even still now whilst having our follow-up appointments), Ensuring we are happy with everything and that we have understood every process as we’ve gone along. After my daughter had her surgery, Kelly messaged us that night to check in on Madi and make sure she was ok.
