When can I wear glasses again after a rhinoplasty?

Your BAAPS/BAPRAS surgeon will advise that you wait for at least 6 weeks after rhinoplasty surgery before wearing glasses. This will prevent the application of pressure to the nasal bone.

You should ensure that if you must wear glasses that they are loosely fitted and padded in order to protect the results of your rhinoplasty. You could also use a nose guard or tape to lift your glasses off your nose or consider looking into contact lenses.
