Maintaining strong social bonds among our team with virtual events and meetings

The beloved Medbelle culture has, in the past, been exemplified by raucous team events and a lively office atmosphere. Sustaining this culture has been one of the biggest challenges in our efforts to adapt to the new norms of lockdown life and working from home. But we have all relished the opportunity to overcome this challenge.
One of the highlights of late was a truly ridiculous Virtual Murder Mystery Evening. In full force, the team dressed to impress and showed off their inner acting abilities in an effort to discover the perpetrator of a crime in this silly Cluedo-style game. As we relaxed into the games, it was clear how much joy it brought everybody to see our team together once more, and in an environment that encouraged us all not to take ourselves too seriously!
There were accents, allegations and accusations, but above all, we realised that Murder Mystery was an activity that lent itself to the new video-call era more than any of us had expected. Here’s to the next event!
